商品檢驗商務英語口語表達

　　國際貿易合作時，買賣雙方的驗貨過程是非常重要的一環(huán)。隨著國內企業(yè)與海外公司合作越來越頻繁，掌握商品檢驗流程和實戰(zhàn)中的英語表達是很有必要的。在本篇文章中，安格外貿商務英語老師就和大家一一來討論外貿商務檢驗過程中我們需要掌握的口語表達!

　　1.商品檢驗

　　Shall we take up the question of inspection today?

　　今天我們來討論商品的檢驗問題吧?

　　How should we define the inspection rights?

　　商檢的權力怎樣加以明確呢?

　　I'm worried that there might be some disputes over the results of inspection.

　　我擔心對商檢的結果會發(fā)生爭議。

　　Take up

　　討論，談起

　　Take up用法很多，可以表示"開始從事"如 He took up Spanish while in Spain. (當他在西班牙的時候，他開始學習西班牙語。) ; "吸收(液體);溶解(固體)"如Blotting -paper takes up ink. (吸墨紙吸收墨水。 )，還有"占據(jù)，接受，拿起，改小"等用法，例句中是討論的意思，相當于 go down to，不過 go down to中的 to是介詞，后面接v-ing形式。

　　2.檢驗程序

　　In what way will inspections be made?

　　檢驗將以什么方式進行?

　　Inspections of the commodities should be made according to our contract terms and the inspection laws.

　　商品檢驗要根據(jù)合同條款和商品檢驗法進行。

　　They will be made by inspections as well as reinspections.

　　商品檢驗要經過檢驗和復檢兩個步驟。

　　As well as

　　也，除……之外

　　As well腦是英語中常用的連接詞，常和 and替換。但腦 well as用法很多，可連接并列的單詞或短語: The child is lively as well as healthy.(這孩子既健康又活潑。)，由 as well as連接的復合主語并不影響謂語動詞的數(shù)。如 Helen as well as I is eager to see the performance. (海倫和我一樣急于要看演出。)

　　3.檢驗證明

　　We'll accept the goods only if the results from the two inspections are identical with each other.

　　如果雙方的檢測結果一致，我們就收貨。

　　Who issues the inspection certificate in case the quality do not confirm to the contract?

　　如果貨物的質量與合同不符，由誰出具檢驗證明書呢?

　　You may have another certificate showing the goods to be free from radioactive contamination.

　　你們還有出具另一份證明書，以證明貨物沒有收到放射物污染。

　　只有……才

　　在 only if這個短語中，副詞only是中心詞，而從屬連接詞 if則只是用來連接從句的，因此，它表示"只有……(才);只有在……的時候，唯一的條件是……"的意思。例如 I told him he would succeed only if he tried hard. (我告訴他，只有努力才能成功。), only if有時也寫成。only...if，表示唯一的條件，但是意思不變。例如 I will only come home if you come with me. =I will come home only if you come with me. (只有你跟我一起走，我才回家。)該詞組容易與 if only混淆， if only意思是"但愿"、"要是……該多好啊通常用來表示說話人對某事所寄予的某種強烈愿望，相當于 as long as 。

　　4.具體檢驗

　　You can dispatch your representative to join the open-package inspection, if you like.

　　如果你方愿意的話，也可派代表參加開箱檢查。

　　After the equipment has been transported to the job site, it must be carefully checked and inspected by our representative and China Commodity Inspection Bureau.

　　設備運到現(xiàn)場后，需經由我方代表和中國商檢局進行詳細檢查。

　　During inspection, if shortages, defects or anything which doesn't conform with the contract, we will be entitled to claim from you.

　　在檢查過程中，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物有短少、缺陷或任何與合同規(guī)定不符的情況，我方有權向你方提出索賠。

　　conform with

　　符合;與……一致

　　Conform表示"使遵守;使一致;使順從常與介詞 with，to搭配。 conform with意思是"符合;與……一致如 His ideas do not conform with mine. (他的想法跟我的不一致。)，conform to意思是"遵守，依照，符合，順應如 In order to be accepted for production , the design must conform to these rigid guidelines. (為了要讓設計被接受后生產，務必遵守這些嚴格的指導方針。)
