第二行開(kāi)始言簡(jiǎn)意賅地寫(xiě)明事件。如同之前我們介紹的寫(xiě)商務(wù)信函一樣，要記得遵守5W原則，也就是where、when、who、what、how。如：
The next Monthly Management Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 5, at Meeting Room A.(下一次月例會(huì)將在4月5日周一上午10點(diǎn)在會(huì)議室1舉行。)
如果通知內(nèi)容是變更會(huì)議時(shí)間地點(diǎn)，則可參照以下例文。
The next Monthly Management Meeting (previously scheduled on Monday next week) has been rescheduled on Friday, April 9, same time, same place.(下一次月例會(huì)(之前確定在下周一召開(kāi))被改在4月9日周五召開(kāi)，時(shí)間地點(diǎn)不變。)
如果需要提前預(yù)告會(huì)議內(nèi)容，則不妨另起一行，將會(huì)議安排陳述以下。
Following is the agenda for the meeting:

2. Extension of Summer Holidays

Conference Background:
Since1931,the research conducted by Internationally renowned security experts, such as Heinrich, shows that more than 80% accidents result from people's unsafe behavior. Almost all serious safety accidents are occured by illegal operation, neither in the domestic nor international. Many international experiences have demonstrated that in order to effectively prevent the serious security incidents, unsafe human behaviors must be controlled. That is, behavior-based safety methods should be applied.
In order to controlled people's unsafe behavior,measures should be taken on three aspects: individual,organizational and cultural.According to management theory, the behavior coordination on these three aspects is also the usual sense of safety management. Therefore, behavior-based safety and safety management is a question of either expression. The safety management is commonly used in China, but in the international the more common is the
