基于油液光譜分析的PCA-AHP綜合傳動健康狀態(tài)評價(jià)研

摘要:油液光譜分析是研究綜合傳動運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的重要方法,以油液光譜分析數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用主成分分析法(PCA)和層次分析法(AHP),建立了一種綜合傳動健康狀態(tài)的評價(jià)模型.文章結(jié)合機(jī)械設(shè)備健康的概念,綜合考慮油液光譜分析數(shù)據(jù)中各種磨損元素的影響,提出用健康值來定量描述綜合傳動運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的概念,并根據(jù)健康值對綜合傳動健康狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了等級劃分;利用主成分分析法,對油液光譜分析數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行主成分提取的研究分析;運(yùn)用層次分析法研究主成分權(quán)重值,探討判斷矩陣的構(gòu)造、一致性檢驗(yàn)等問題;然后將二者有機(jī)的耦合,建立評價(jià)模型;實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,此方法具有很高的準(zhǔn)確性,能夠有效地判斷綜合傳動的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),對開展綜合傳動狀態(tài)評估具有重要意義.Abstract:Spectrometric oil analysis is an important method to study the running state of power-shift steering transmission (PSST). An evaluation model of PSST health state was developed on the basis of the theories of principal component analysis (PCA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) using spectrometric oil analysis data. Considering the concept of mechanical equip-ment and wear elements in spectrometric oil analysis data, the health value was employed to quantitatively describe the running state degree of PSST, and the grades of health state were classified based on the health values. The oil analysis data were studied during the process of choosing principal components. The weight vectors of principal components were obtained by using the AHP method. In the course, the cortformation of judgement matrix and the consistency check were also studied. The evaluation model was developed by combining the PCA and AHP methods. This model has been proved to have better accuracy in evalua-ting the running state of PSST.
