作為1名企業(yè)秘書(shū)人員,面對(duì)現(xiàn)在日益復(fù)雜的社會(huì)關(guān)系,想要取得和諧、融洽的上下級(jí)關(guān)系、朋友關(guān)系以及其他關(guān)系,必需具備1項(xiàng)最基本的能力——溝通能力。溝通是解決1切問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ),它不是萬(wàn)能的,可是沒(méi)有它卻萬(wàn)萬(wàn)不能,掌握1定的溝通技巧對(duì)秘書(shū)人員尤為重要。本文從實(shí)際出發(fā),初步探討了溝通的定義和溝通能力的重要性,例舉了秘書(shū)人員在工作中幾種有效的溝通技巧,并從加強(qiáng)自我修養(yǎng)、善于與人溝通、多為對(duì)方考慮等幾個(gè)方面闡述了怎樣培養(yǎng)正確的溝通觀念,從而引申出溝通在企業(yè)或組織管理中的意義。
